This lesson is about learning to play Silk Weavers Exercise or Pa Tuan Chin (8 Pieces of Brocade) It is an exercise-based upon the movements required to use an old silk loom that the workers would step into. Once inside, the worker operated the machine through a series of extensive body movements. These movements would be done with coordination, strength, and smoothness of motion. The form is balanced and straight forward to perform and should be played simply and unadorned. By playing the form, you will find that you become more relaxed, balanced and that you feel smoother in thought and motion.

A guided meditation using Emotional Freedom Technique to reduce the fear we are all feeling right now. Fear can be paralyzing as well as compromising to the immune system.
Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) is an energy modality that combines ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology. Tapping quickly gets to the heart of the issue (fear), working to rewire the brain, calming the amygdala (where stress its produced), and creating peace in the body.  EFT utilizes the body’s energy meridian points by tapping on them while bringing up the emotions you are holding. By tapping on them with your fingertips, you are literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power.
