Angee is a licensed physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor. She has an extensive western education including a mentorship in Australian manual therapy and enjoys using a holistic approach with clients. She addresses dysfunction at its source with her signature style of integrating traditional and alternative techniques to treat the whole person.

A Physical Therapist and Yoga teacher of 20 years, Becca is known in the Birmingham area for her instruction in therapeutic yoga and for providing one on yoga and physical therapy. She is a cofounder of Practice Works and lead trainer for HereNowYoga teacher trainings. 

Stephen is a long time student of Tai Chi beginning in 1975 from Birmingham’s renown dance maven Laura Toffell, in 1982 with Martin Inn of the Inner Research Institute, and in 1985  with William C.C. Chen in New York.  Since 1984 Stephen has been teaching Tai-ji Quan and Qi Gong in Birmingham and taking classes more or less yearly with Mr. Chen in New York.

Terri was was awarded the ultimate degree of Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage of Reiki in 1999. She teaches all levels of Reiki, Intuition, Mindfulness Meditation, the Tarot, and Emotional Freedom Technique to doctors, nurses, teachers, health care professionals as well as moms, dads, and children.
