Defining Exercise

Kendell Jno-Finn’s latest Movement Matters episode, focuses on redefining exercise for you during these times of COVID-19 social distancing. Try not to limit your self based on a traditional sense of how you have exercised in the past (running, walking, lifting weights). Consider those things you do everyday and the movements you don’t want to lose.
